These are the pictures during the marriage ceremony called Swayambar where the bride and groom exchange their garlands and rings.
These garlands are made of fresh green grass named dubo with a meaning that new fresh relationship which should always remain evergreen.
This is a place called jaggey where both bride and groom make promises to always remain with each other in all those happiness and sorrows of life.
Bride wears all red dress brought by groom’s family with a promise that now onwards she is also their family and will always take care of them.
